GACE PERIOD POLICY

My grace period is 10 minutes to ensure I have adquate time for your service and am on time for other services. At the 10 minute mark it will be considered a no-show and charged the fee. Please give yourself time to find parking.

NO SHOW/ CANCELLATION POLICY

Any appointment cancelled within 24 hours or missed with no communication will be subject to the fee of 50% of the service total. Please communicate ASAP if you need to reschedule.
